
Jaclyn Culver joined Allied Urology in July 2008. She is a certified women’s health nurse practitioner. With a strong desire to make a difference in the healthcare of women, she entered the University of Louisville and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2001. In 2002 Jaclyn earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, also obtaining her certification as a women’s health nurse practitioner.
Prior to joining Allied Urology, Jaclyn practiced in a private obstetrics and gynecology practice in Richmond, KY for 6 years. While there, she provided comprehensive care to her female patients [with special interest in pelvic prolapse and related disorders, incontinence, the menopausal patient, colposcopy & lower genital tract neoplasia]. She has spoken to university students and women’s organizations on topics ranging from contraception and hormone therapy to gynecologic cancers and screening recommendations for women of all ages.
