Dr. Watkins has been in practice in Louisville since 1990.  He graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University in 1980 and subsequently from the University Of Louisville School Of Medicine in 1984.  He completed two years of general surgery training and his urology residency at Vanderbilt University.  He is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a clinical assistant professor at the University Of Louisville School Of Medicine.

Dr. Watkins is a member of the American Urologic Association, American Medical Association, Kentucky Medical Association and the Greater Louisville Medical Society.
