Dr. Meiers is a graduate of Centre College in Danville, Kentucky.  He graduated cum laude from the University of Louisville, School of Medicine in 1998. He attended the University of Cincinnati for his urologic surgical training and joined our group in 2003.  He is also a clinical professor of urologic surgery at the University of Louisville.

Dr. Meiers is a member of the American Urologic Association as well as Alpha Omega Alpha Medial Honor Society.

Specialties

Dr. Meiers places a specific emphasis on laparoscopic surgeries, robotic surgery for prostatectomies and other renal procedures. Other special interests include neurostimulation for overactive bladder, otherwise known as Interstim therapy, as well as minimally invasive in-office procedures for BPH.
