Dr. Jackson graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1981.  In 1986, he completed his residency at the University of Louisville in the departments of surgery and urology.  He has been in private practice since that time until he joined Allied Urology in June 2006.  Dr. Jackson was board certified by the American Board of Urology in 1989 and has been recertified two times since then, the latest being 2005.  He is a member of the Greater Louisville Medical Society and the American Medical Association.  He is a member of the American Urological Association, the Southeastern Urological Society, as well as past president of the Kentucky Urological Society.  He has also served as a clinician for the University of Louisville urology clinic.  Dr. Jackson is licensed to practice in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. 

Specialties

Dr. Jackson's special areas of interest are stone disease, urologic cancers, and the treatment of incontinence, in addition to general urology.
